About Me
Hi, my name is Sebastian Antorcha Rendon, and from a young age, I have been captivated by the finer details and beauty in the world around me. I have always valued art and thoughtful design with character, purpose, and craftsmanship. Growing up in Miami, I was fortunate to experience a rare balance of vibrant city life surrounded by one-of-a-kind natural habitats. That contrast shaped how I see the world. It taught me to appreciate both the need for economic growth and the importance of environmental preservation, and to search for solutions that respect both.
I have always been curious and observant, carrying a sketchbook everywhere to capture the wildlife and scenes that inspired me. Drawing sharpened my appreciation for how form, function, and evolution work together to create beauty with purpose. My path began with a mix of engineering and art classes in middle school, where I discovered my passion for design and solving complex problems through creative thinking. That discovery led me to USC’s Iovine and Young Academy, where I continue to push my limits, explore across disciplines, and develop a wide range of skills in physical product design, marketing strategy, brand development, and sustainable innovation.
