This project became an opportunity for me to deeply explore human centered design. Footwear is undergoing a major transition from traditional ideas of what is considered anatomical to designs that truly support natural movement and mobility, and that shift immediately captivated me. At the time I began, there was no luxury, high-quality dress shoe built with a wide toe shape. The existing options on the market leaned either overly athletic or trend-driven, leaving a clear gap for something refined, intentional, and elevated.

That gap is what makes this concept distinct. It is not simply another shoe design but a response to an unmet need, combining elegance with functional ergonomics. By uniting craftsmanship, aesthetics, and natural foot mechanics, this product stands as an independent and differentiated solution with strong potential to redefine expectations within the dress footwear market.

I dedicated significant time to studying the human foot, focusing on how it is naturally meant to move and identifying the structural elements most critical to long-term foot health. This render represents a visualization I created to explore the shoe in a different medium, allowing me to translate the concept into a three-dimensional form. By producing it as a 3D model, I was able to print the design, evaluate its proportions and measurements precisely, and use those insights to inform future iterations and refinements.
